Job summary

Think People Solutions is seeking a senior SAP ABAP on HANA Consultant to join our offshore delivery team at E3.2 level. This client-facing leadership role owns the technical design and delivery of complex ABAP on HANA developments on S/4HANA, including custom Fiori applications and BTP-based integration solutions.

The role requires deep technical expertise to deliver scalable, future-proof solutions aligned with SAP\'s clean core principles and best practices, working with global stakeholders

Qualifications

• Senior SAP ABAP on HANA consultant with client-facing leadership experience.
• Experience delivering ABAP on HANA developments on S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of clean core principles and extensibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and delivery of ABAP on HANA developments.
• Develop ABAP on HANA solutions using CDS, AMDP, and code pushdown.
• Build and consume OData services using SAP Gateway and RAP.
• Develop SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and support Launchpad config.
• Implement integrations using RFC, IDocs, BAPIs, ALE, and web services.
• Performance tuning using SQL Monitor, SAT, ATC.
• Collaborate with functional, BASIS, and global stakeholders.

Job description

We are seeking a senior SAP ABAP on HANA Consultant to join our Offshore delivery team at E3.2 level. This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for owning the technical design and delivery of complex ABAP on HANA developments on S/4HANA, including custom Fiori applications and BTP-based integration solutions. The role demands strong technical depth, to deliver scalable, future-proof solutions aligned with SAP's clean core principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop ABAP on HANA solutions using CDS Views, AMDP, and code pushdown techniques
• Build and consume OData services using SAP Gateway (SEGW) and RAP
• Develop SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and support Launchpad configuration
• Implement integrations using RFC, IDocs, BAPIs, ALE, and web services
• Perform performance tuning & optimization using SQL Monitor, SAT, ATC
• Ensure adherence to Clean Core and SAP extensibility standards
