Job summary

Cosmic Consultancy is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join our internal SAP team. The role requires hands-on ABAP development and a minimum of 2 years of experience to deliver scalable SAP solutions.

The candidate will develop, customize, maintain, and support SAP ABAP applications, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows, while collaborating with functional consultants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP programming.
• Hands-on experience in reports, enhancements, interfaces, and forms.
• Good knowledge of SAP Data Dictionary.
• Experience with debugging and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of OData, CDS Views, or AMDP will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs and applications.

• Work with BAPIs, BAdIs, User Exits, Function Modules, and RFCs.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Work with SAP tables and Data Dictionary objects.
• Understand technical specifications and convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support existing SAP applications and resolve technical issues.
• Work closely with functional consultants and internal SAP team members.
• Perform unit testing and support deployment activities.
• Maintain technical documentation for developments.
