The role focuses on ABAP development, RICEF objects, HANA optimization and collaboration with functional teams. Immediate joiners only; work from Marathahalli location.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of relevant SAP ABAP experience.
• Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Good knowledge of ABAP Objects (OOPs).
• Experience with Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits, Forms.
• Good understanding of ABAP on HANA.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP development and implementation/support projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs in a S/4HANA environment.
• Work on RICEF objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.
• Develop and support ABAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, BAdIs, user exits, and forms.
• Work with ABAP on HANA concepts and optimize programs for HANA databases.
• Analyze technical requirements and prepare technical specifications.
• Perform debugging, performance tuning, testing, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to deliver solutions.
• Follow SAP development standards and best practices.
• Support migration, enhancement, and modernization on SAP S/4HANA.

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced SAP ABAP professionals with strong S/4HANA experience to join our team and work from the client location in Marathahalli, Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in SAP ABAP development in an S/4HANA environment, with a strong understanding of modern ABAP development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs and applications in an S/4HANA environment.


• Work on RICEF objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.


• Develop and support ABAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, BAdIs, user exits, and forms.


• Work with ABAP on HANA concepts and optimize programs for HANA databases.


• Analyze technical requirements and prepare technical specifications.


• Perform debugging, performance tuning, testing, and production support activities.


• Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to understand and deliver technical solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• 6–9 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP.


• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA.


• Good knowledge of ABAP Objects (OOPs).


• Experience in Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits, Forms, and other RICEF objects.


• Good understanding of ABAP on HANA.


• Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills.


• Experience working with SAP development and implementation/support projects.

Good to Have

• Exposure to SAP BTP.


• Knowledge of SAP Fiori / UI5 and OData services.


• Experience with CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP.


• Exposure to modern S/4HANA development methodologies.


• Candidates without extensive BTP experience but with strong ABAP/S/4HANA expertise can be considered, provided they are willing to learn/upskill on SAP BTP.
