Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP S/4HANA Consultant/Developer to design, develop and support ABAP applications in S/4HANA environments. The role requires delivering RICEF objects, reports, interfaces and forms with strong knowledge of ABAP development lifecycle and SAP technical architecture.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP ABAP applications in S/4HANA environments.
• Strong expertise in ABAP Development, RICEF Objects, Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, BAPI, BADI, Enhancements and Interfaces.
• Experience in implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade and support projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance SAP ABAP programs based on business requirements.
• Design and build RICEF objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Forms.
• Develop Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts and Interactive Forms.
• Create and enhance BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits and Enhancement Framework objects.
• Design and develop ALV, Classical and Interactive Reports.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants to translate business needs into technical specs.
• Analyze and optimize ABAP programs for performance improvement.
• Develop inbound/outbound interfaces using IDoc, RFC, Web Services and APIs.
• Support S/4HANA migration and remediation of custom code.
• Prepare Technical Specifications and Design Documents.
• Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT and Production Support activities.
• Resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
• Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade and support projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams and ensure adherence to standards.

About the Role

4. Strong understanding of SAP technical architecture and development lifecycle.
