Job summary

Stridely Solutions invites a SAP ABAP developer to design, develop and support ABAP programs including reports, interfaces, enhancements and forms. You will work with SD, MM and FI modules and optimize performance across data dictionaries and interfaces.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ABAP experience, knowledge of table relationships, ALV reports and debugging skills, with SAP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Good understanding of SAP table structures and relationships across modules.
• Experience with ALV reports, enhancements, and forms.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques (indexing, joins, buffering).
• Basic understanding of functional processes (OTC, P2P, R2R).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support ABAP programs including Reports (Classical and ALV), Interfaces (IDOCs, RFCs, and APIs), Enhancements (User Exits, BADIs, and Enhancements Framework), and Forms (SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms).
• Work extensively with SAP data dictionary objects (tables, views, structures, domains, data elements).
• Understand and leverage relationships between key functional tables across modules: SD (e.g., VBAK, VBAP, VBRK, VBRP), MM (e.g., EKKO, EKPO, MSEG, MKPF), and FI (e.g., BKPF, BSEG).
• Develop optimized database queries using Open SQL and performance tuning techniques.
• Collaborate with functional consultants (FI, SD, MM) to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across programs and interfaces.
• Work on data migration tools and techniques (LSMW, BDC, LTMC).
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to development standards.
