Job summary

Renew in Gurgaon is seeking an experienced Technical Lead specialized in SAP ABAP to lead complex S/4HANA projects and drive modern extensibility. You will design, develop, and implement ABAP/RICEF solutions, CDS views, and API integrations, mentoring junior developers and ensuring secure coding practices.

The role emphasizes performance optimization on HANA, collaboration with architecture teams, and adherence to coding standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Total 12-15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development.
• Strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA development (CDS, AMDP, RAP preferred).
• Deep expertise in OOABAP, ABAP Workbench, and RICEF objects.
• Experience in building OData services and API-based integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, CPI, or cloud-based extensions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct code reviews, enforce ATC/SCI compliance, and ensure secure coding practices.
• Support production issues and provide L2/L3 support for critical incidents.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices and reusable frameworks.
