Job summary

Eurofins Bengaluru is seeking a Sample Manager Assistant to support the senior sample management team in an administrative capacity. The role focuses on ensuring accurate auditing, data management in the LIMS system, and clear communication with internal teams and clients.

You will handle entry instructions for incoming samples, coordinate with Project Management and Business Development, and provide regular status updates to your supervisor. A MSc/MPharm with 1–2 years in pharma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in science field (M. Sc / M. Pharm).
• 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency with LIMS or sample management processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sample Auditing- including the formal review of all protocols, specifications, methods, and other documents that are submitted or used by the project within a LIMS system.
• Managing technical information within a LIMS system relating to Sample Management.
• Sending Entry instructions to Sample Administration on incoming samples.
• Direct client interaction via email
• Communicate with Project Management, Inside/Outside Business Development, and Technical groups as necessary to complete assignments
• Communicate regular status updates to supervisor

Education/Experience (BMQ)

A master’s degree in science field (M. Sc / M. Pharm), with 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
