Job summary

Letitbex AI in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on testing and automation expertise. You will design and maintain automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca to validate Salesforce applications across the SDLC.

You will execute end-to-end testing, identify defects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the evolution of QA processes, ensuring high-quality Salesforce solutions and smooth production releases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce QA automation.
• Hands-on expertise with Tricentis Tosca for framework development and scripting.
• Experience in automated test execution and maintenance using Tosca.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and testing methods.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure quality standards are met by performing comprehensive test execution and reporting results.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation frameworks, and testing best practices.
• Support release validation and deployment activities to ensure successful production releases.

Basic Requirements

• Experience in automated test execution and script maintenance using TOSCA.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and testing methodologies.
• Experience in End-to-End Integration Testing.
• Proven experience working as a Testing Lead or Senior QA Engineer in complex project environments.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and conduct effective technical discussions with clients, peers, and senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
