Job summary

Letitbex AI is seeking a Salesforce CPQ Automation Engineer to join our Enterprise Application team in India. You will design and build scalable test automation using Playwright for Salesforce CPQ and integrated enterprise ecosystems, with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and fast feedback cycles.

You will collaborate with QA and development teams, automate REST/SOAP API validations, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, agile testing practices, and cross‑platform environments (Mac/Windows)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web application and enterprise software automation.
• Salesforce CPQ knowledge: testing/automation of Sales Cloud/CPQ, bundles, price rules, quotes, approvals.
• UI & Async Handling: complex web interfaces, dynamic DOM, async events, Lightning components in Playwright.
• API Testing: REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML payload validation.
• CI/CD Integration: pipelines in Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab and SDLC concepts.

The Role:

The Software QA Automation Engineer will be an active member of the Enterprise Application team, working closely with both QA and development teams to design and build scalable test automation using Playwright. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining robust automation solutions for Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and integrated enterprise application ecosystems.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

• 5+ years of experience in web application and enterprise software automation.
• Salesforce CPQ Knowledge: Hands-on experience testing or automating Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ, including product bundles, price rules, discount schedules, quote line editors, and approval processes.
• UI & Async Handling: Strong understanding of handling complex web interfaces, dynamic DOM elements, async events, and custom Salesforce Lightning components in Playwright.
• API Testing: Expertise in testing REST/SOAP APIs and validating JSON/XML payloads for enterprise integrations.
• CI/CD Integration: Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab) and SDLC concepts like code reviews, test reporting, and continuous test execution.
• Agile Testing: Experience with Agile testing practices, test-driven methodologies, exploratory testing, and test data management across environments.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving : Exceptional attention to detail, strong root-cause analysis capabilities, and a passion for test automation.
• Environment Skills: Strong technical background working across cross-platform environments (Mac/Windows).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical issues and partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience automating integrations between Salesforce CPQ and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle).
