Job summary

Tesslogs IT Solutions in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced QA Automation Lead to own and drive the QA strategy across multiple projects. You will lead a 10-12 person QA team, mentor engineers, and shape automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver in C#, SpecFlow, and API automation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
• Strong Salesforce Testing experience.
• Hands-on Selenium WebDriver with C#.
• Strong experience with BDD using SpecFlow.
• Experience in API Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing Selenium Grid.
• Strong understanding of Agile testing methodologies.
• Experience with Test Automation frameworks and accelerators.
• Knowledge of ATDD / BDD concepts.
• Worksoft Certify experience is required for the relevant automation landscape.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and continuous testing.
• Experience defining and applying QA metrics and automation KPIs.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Experience in API Automation Testing.
