Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies and plans for Salesforce apps.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Validate CG Cloud capabilities: Retail Execution, Visit Planning, Store Audits, Surveys, etc.
• Test end-to-end Consumer Goods processes: Route Planning, Field Sales, Merchandising.
• Validate integrations with SAP, Oracle, middleware, and third-party apps.
• Conduct API testing using Postman/SoapUI.
• Maintain test data, defects, and traceability; log in Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QATest Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud CG Cloud and Consumer Goods business processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce applications, ensuring high-quality releases, and working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and product owners to deliver scalable solutions for Consumer Goods organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and User Acceptance Testing UAT support.
• Validate Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities, including:

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Testing.

• Experience testing: Salesforce Sales Cloud Consumer Goods Cloud Mobile applications
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model and security.
• Experience in functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman or SoapUI.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as playwright, or Selenium.
• Experience with CICD pipelines Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DX and release management.
• Experience testing Salesforce mobile applications.
• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce certifications are a plus.
