dotSolved seeks a Salesforce Technical Project Manager to own the Salesforce product experience for enterprise teams. Translate needs into well-defined BRDs/PRDs and epic-level work, map current-state processes, and define future-state designs across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrations.

Lead acceptance criteria, UAT, and production readiness while coordinating with multiple business units. The role requires 7+ years in Salesforce, strong PM skills, and ability to work with engineering

Qualifications

  • 7+ years hands-on Salesforce experience in enterprise environments.
  • Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or Salesforce platforms.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including understanding of marketing automation, campaigns/journeys, segmentation, communications, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, objects, relationships, record types, approval processes, permission sets, profiles, automation, and integrations.
  • Ability to create clear and concise PRDs, BRDs, user stories, HLRs, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across Business Operations, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Engineering, and IT.
  • Ability to work with technical teams on architecture and integration decisions without needing to write Apex.
  • Nice to Have: Life Sciences, healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated-industry experience.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git-backed Salesforce metadata, and release documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Translate leadership requests into BRDs, PRDs, product one-pagers, and HLR-backed epics with clear in-scope and out-of-scope definitions.
  • Map current-state processes such as people movement, quarterly territory planning, call logging, portal order support, and marketing workflows before defining the future state.
  • Gather and translate requirements across Sales Operations, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Compliance, and field teams.
  • Define acceptance criteria covering the data model, automation, UI, Lightning pages, access, reporting, and integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud for targeted communications, campaigns, customer engagement, and marketing automation.
  • Prioritize and sequence Salesforce work for internal teams and external vendors against portfolio and PMO intake.
  • Own sandbox → preprod → production release readiness, including scope, UAT plans, deployment guides, and technical handoffs.
  • Drive UAT, defect resolution, business sign-off, and production readiness.
  • Ensure Salesforce remains the appropriate user experience while maintaining clear system-of-record boundaries across Commerce, Org Service, LIMS, and other platforms.
  • Align Sales Ops, Marketing, RDs/field teams, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Org Service, Integration, Helpdesk, and Engineering.
  • Drive alignment on compliance gates, particularly No / Review scenarios.
  • Coordinate UAT, training materials, enablement communications, and go-live support across multiple business units.
  • Partner with technical leads and vendors to resolve functional and integration dependencies.
  • Determine when to enhance existing Salesforce patterns versus introducing new capabilities.
  • Evaluate solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning apps/consoles, territory management, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Identify org drift, permission-set/profile impacts, record-type-specific UX risks, and integration dependencies before release.
  • Partner with technical leads on architecture and TDD options without owning Apex implementation.

Position: Salesforce Technical Project Manager

Shift Timing - 3.00AM - 12.PM PST (US Pacific Time)

About the role: Own the Salesforce product experience for Natera’s commercial and medical field teams. Translate Sales Operations, Medical Affairs, Compliance, and business needs into well-defined platform capabilities across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Consoles, and integrations with Org Service, SOS/Commerce, LIMS, and vendor partners. The goal is to enable field representatives and operations teams to complete territory, account, sales activity, order-support, marketing, and compliance workflows effectively within Salesforce, while maintaining clear system-of-record boundaries.

Discovery & Requirements:
  • Translate leadership requests and SFHELP pain points into BRDs, PRDs, product one-pagers, and HLR-backed epics with clear in-scope and out-of-scope definitions.
  • Map current-state processes such as people movement, quarterly territory planning, call logging, portal order support, and marketing workflows before defining the future state.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience, with strong experience in enterprise Salesforce environments.
  • Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise CRM, or Salesforce platforms.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required, including understanding of marketing automation, campaigns/journeys, segmentation, communications, and integrations.
