Job summary

Exavalu in Kolkata is seeking an experienced Salesforce.com developer to design, build, and maintain scalable SFDC applications. You will translate business requirements into robust technical designs and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning, with hands-on experience in Eclipse, Data Loader, and Workbench. You will participate in design reviews, drive quality, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce.com development experience.
• Strong experience with Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning.
• Proficient in technical analysis and OO programming.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture, cloud limitations and workarounds.
• Experience using SFDC tools: Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, Workbench.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a team or autonomously.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Will drive application design and development with scalable solutions addressing potential future needs
• Support diverse partner groups in all phases of Salesforce development: planning/grooming, delivery, support
• Translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs
• Participate in daily stand‑ups to provide updates and maintain transparency within the group and across the business
• Will be an active participant in architecture and design discussions to promote alignment to development standard methodologies
• Lead the peer code reviews to drive consistent quality across the platform
• Will solve and drive resolution of bugs/issues
• Contribute technical insight to daily support issues, as needed

Requirements :

• Min 5 years previous development experience with Salesforce.com
• Strong experience in Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning
• Skilled in technical analysis and object‑oriented programming
• You have detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture, cloud limitations and alternate/workaround solutions
• Experience using SFDC‑related tools (Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, Workbench)
• Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
• You are team‑centric but able to work autonomously
