Tekskills is seeking a Lead Consultant, Developer SFDC to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications that enhance CRM capabilities. You will build on the platform using LWC, Aura, Apex, and Visualforce, and drive integrations with REST and SOAP APIs across geographies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and customize Salesforce solutions using LWC, Aura, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Implement standard Salesforce functionality including sharing rules, roles, profiles, workflows, and flows.
• Execute unit tests with Apex test classes and maintain high code coverage.
• Develop triggers, batch classes, and scheduled jobs with best coding practices.
• Write Apex and apply design patterns for scalable solutions.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
• Develop complex integrations between Salesforce and other systems via APIs or middleware.
• Handle production incidents, debugging, bug fixes, data loads, and enhancements.
• Provide business support for critical issues and mentor operations teams.

A Salesforce Developer plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications to enhance CRM functionality. Their responsibilities typically include

Responsibilities:

• Build custom solutions on the platform using LWC, Aura, Apex, Visualforce
• Implement standard Salesforce functionality including sharing rules, roles, profiles, etc. and use standard features including Workflow, Process builder, and flows to create solutions.
• Execute integration testing with Apex test classes and maintain maximum code coverage.
• Developing trigger, batch class, and scheduled job by maintaining best coding standards
• Write Apex using industry standard best practices and design patterns.
• Maintain expert level knowledge of Salesforce system architecture and development best practices to scale implementations.
• Develop complex integrations between Salesforce and other systems, either through custom API or middleware tools.
• Work on production incident debugging, analysis, bug fixes, service requests, data loads, minor/major enhancements.
• Provide business support for critical issues and mentor operations team members.

Minimum qualifications / Skills

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding or equivalent work/technical experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification.
• Must to have experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL).
• Knowledge of system integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Certifications like Salesforce Certified Advanced Developer.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working on development of Service Cloud instances for large enterprise & multiple geography.
• Using declarative (Process builder, Flow and Workflow) versus programmatic methods and extending the Lightning Platform using Apex and Lightning web components. Experience using Apex Data loader

Preferred qualifications / Skills

• Demonstrable experience designing, and personally building, Lightning pages for enhanced end user experiences.
• Experience with Salesforce sites and Communities
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform best practices, coding, design guidelines and governor limits
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills and the ability to relentlessly prioritize.
