Job summary

Tranzevo in Pune, India, is seeking a Salesforce Technical Consultant with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to join our team.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant with 2–4 years of hands‑on Salesforce experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, take ownership of assigned work, collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams, and contribute across the Salesforce project delivery lifecycle.

In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, business analysts, architects, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements, design and build Salesforce solutions, participate in testing and deployments, and support solutions after production. You’ll have the opportunity to work across both established Salesforce capabilities and emerging technologies while continuing to grow your technical and consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients to understand business requirements, clarify assigned work items, identify solutions, and drive them through to completion.


• Configure and customize Salesforce solutions using declarative capabilities and programmatic development, including Lightning Web Components (LWC).


• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Flows, Validation Rules, Security, Reports, and Dashboards.


• Participate in solution discussions, technical design conversations, effort estimation, and implementation planning.


• Participate in client demonstrations, testing, defect resolution, deployments, and post-production support.


• Collaborate with Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality Salesforce solutions.


• Follow Salesforce best practices, SDLC processes, Agile methodologies, and established deployment and release management practices.


• Prepare solution and technical documentation and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and dependencies.


• Contribute to troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and resolution of Salesforce technical issues.


• Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, product updates, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years of hands‑on Salesforce technical experience.


• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, core capabilities, and development ecosystem.


• Experience working with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.


• Hands‑on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and SOQL.


• Strong experience with Salesforce declarative development, including Flows, Validation Rules, Security, Reports, and Dashboards.


• Good understanding of the Salesforce deployment lifecycle, sandbox strategy, and release management processes.


• Experience with Git and CI/CD or Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.


• Client‑facing experience with the ability to participate in discussions, demonstrate solutions, clarify requirements, and build effective working relationships.


• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.


• A proactive and self‑driven approach with a strong sense of ownership.


• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and distributed teams.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to one or more of Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud (Data 360), or Agentforce.


• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.


• Basic exposure to MuleSoft or similar middleware platforms.


• Experience working within an industry domain such as Manufacturing, Retail, or Financial Services.


• Additional Salesforce certifications beyond the core requirements.


• Exposure to Salesforce solution architecture, integration patterns, or enterprise application environments.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1)


• Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant certification


• Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
