Job summary

AvenuesHR Consulting is hiring an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in Communications Cloud (Vlocity) for telecom projects. You will own end-to-end solution architecture and provide technical leadership to distributed delivery teams.

This hands-on role covers solution design, technical reviews, implementation guidance, and client engagement, requiring 10+ years in Salesforce and strong OmniStudio skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce delivery experience with architecture leadership on Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
• Hands-on OmniStudio experience in production implementations.
• Strong telecom domain knowledge including OSS/BSS, order management, provisioning and catalog design.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, and TM Forum/Open APIs.
• Solid Salesforce platform understanding: Apex, LWC, data modeling, security, governor limits.
• Proven track record leading distributed or offshore technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Communications Cloud / Salesforce Industries implementations.
• Design and govern Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, COM, and CLM.
• Architect OmniStudio solutions using OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
• Design integration architecture using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven patterns.
• Support order-to-activation, provisioning, fulfilment, and service activation processes.
• Design integrations with OSS/BSS, inventory, network activation, and external platforms.
• Establish technical standards, data models, security architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
• Mentor developers and distributed delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales activities, technical solutioning, effort estimation, and architecture proposals.

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Industries / Communications Cloud (Vlocity) and the telecommunications domain.

The role involves owning end-to-end solution architecture for complex telecom implementations, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and providing technical leadership to distributed delivery teams.

This is a hands-on architecture role involving solution design, technical reviews, implementation guidance, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Communications Cloud / Salesforce Industries implementations.
• Design and govern Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, Communications Order Management (COM), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Architect OmniStudio solutions using OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.

• Support telecom order-to-activation, provisioning, fulfilment, and service activation processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce delivery, including several years as an architect on Salesforce Industries / Communications Cloud (Vlocity) programmes.
• Strong hands-on experience with OmniStudio in production implementations.
• Deep telecommunications domain knowledge, including OSS/BSS, order management, provisioning, activation, and product catalogue design.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, and TM Forum frameworks / Open APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), data modelling, security, and governor limits.
• Proven experience leading distributed or offshore technical teams.

Required Certifications

• Salesforce Communications Cloud Accredited Professional.
• Salesforce OmniStudio Developer or Consultant.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect.

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification or active pursuit is a strong advantage.

Good to Have

• MuleSoft Integration Architect or Developer certification.
• Salesforce Experience Cloud and Field Service architecture experience.
• Exposure to Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Multi-org architecture or legacy-to-Lightning reimplementation experience.
