Job summary

Eduplex Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and/ or Salesforce Communication Cloud to design scalable solutions and lead end-to-end implementations.

The role involves architecture design, integration, and guiding delivery teams across hybrid, on-site, or remote work arrangements. Candidates should demonstrate strong stakeholder management and hands-on Salesforce delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Salesforce solution design, architecture, and end-to-end implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud and/or Communication Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, data modelling, security, automation, and integration.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuration/customization.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for Salesforce Cloud implementations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
• Define integration patterns, data models, workflows, and application configurations.
• Design Service Cloud capabilities such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Service Console.
• Design Communication Cloud solutions involving order management and industry capabilities.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, and requirement analysis with stakeholders.
• Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems.
• Provide technical guidance to Salesforce developers, consultants, and delivery teams.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, performance and deployment guidelines.
• Support solution estimation, technical documentation, testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting.

Job Summary

We're Hiring | Salesforce Communication Cloud / Service Cloud Solution Architect.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Communication Cloud and/or Salesforce Service Cloud, particularly in solution design, architecture, technical consulting, and end-to-end implementation. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements, leading technical discussions, and guiding development teams through implementation and deployment.

Job Requirements & Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Communication Cloud.
• Proven experience in solution design, architecture, and end-to-end implementation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data modelling, security, automation, and integration.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and configuration/customization.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration with enterprise applications.
• Ability to create solution architecture documents, technical designs, and implementation roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification; relevant Salesforce Consultant certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in telecommunications or communications industry, particularly for Communication Cloud projects.
• Experience leading architecture/design workshops and managing technical teams.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Industries capabilities and relevant industry data models, where applicable.
