Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce professional with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on development experience and at least 2 years in a tech lead role.

The candidate should have deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript, along with strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices. The role requires proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns and various integration technologies, and experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and 2+ years as tech lead.
• Hands-on experience in Agentforce POCs.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role for Salesforce projects.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.
• Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns and experience with various integration technologies.
• Experience in Sales, Service, Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of release management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles in Salesforce.
• Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer II.
