Responsibilities

• Ensure code and configuration align with business processes.
• Oversee project progress, risk, issues, and status reporting.

As a Solution/Tech Architect, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact for Business and Dev Teams. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to strategic decisions that impact the overall success of the projects you oversee.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME in Salesforce platform

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must have 8-10 years experience in Salesforce Development projects
• Solution Architect experience is a must and Proficiency
• Must have experience in Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud as Technical Architecture
• Should be able to drive greenfield implementations with architect inputs for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Integrations
• Expert Level understanding of different Salesforce products
• CPQ, Integrations, LWC and Customization
• Good work experience in implementing Salesforce specific design patterns
• Implemented best practices to manage large volume data and work within governor limits
• Salesforce Application/System Architect certification
• Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
• Experience with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud as Technical Architecture.
