Job summary

Teceze is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to turn client business goals into coherent, deliverable Salesforce solutions. You will own the functional solution across business processes and Salesforce products, align stakeholders on scope and priorities, and guide consultants and developers from discovery through adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping and delivering at least two substantial Salesforce implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with depth in at least one additional Salesforce capability.
• Practical understanding of Flow, permissions, data models, reporting and the boundary between configuration and custom development.
• Ability to define integration and migration requirements and collaborate with architects, developers and data specialists.
• Demonstrated workshop facilitation, process redesign, prioritisation and estimation.
• Ability to connect design choices to business value, delivery effort and adoption needs.

Responsibilities

• Control scope through impact analysis and clear change recommendations to leadership.
• Oversee validation, testing readiness and adoption plans for delivered functionality.
• Support presales workshops and knowledge transfer after launch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with business owners and technology stakeholders to define objectives, pain points, process boundaries and measurable outcomes.


• Map current and future sales, service and customer-management processes, including exceptions, approvals, handoffs and operational ownership.


• Design solutions across relevant Salesforce products, defining functional capabilities, data relationships, access needs and integration requirements.


• Evaluate standard features, configuration, custom development and third-party applications; document the business and delivery trade-offs of each option.


• Produce solution blueprints, process maps, backlog structure and acceptance criteria that enable accurate estimates and phased implementation.


• Partner with Technical Architects on scalability, security, integration and data migration; escalat e decisions that require specialist technical ownership.


• Guide consultants and developers during implementation, review demonstrations and resolve ambiguity before it creates avoidable rework.


• Control solution scope through impact analysis, dependency mapping and clear change recommendations to project and client leadership.


• Oversee business validation, user acceptance testing, readiness and adoption plans, ensuring delivered functionality supports agreed operating processes.


• Support presales workshops and proposals; facilitate knowledge transfer, mentor consultants and recommend improvements after launch.

Required skills and experience
