Job summary

Hirewand in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead enterprise Salesforce projects for clients in the Supply Chain industry. You will work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

You will guide discovery, design, and delivery across full project lifecycles, ensuring architecture quality, security, maintainability, and measurable business value while mentoring teams and aligning with client

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, enterprise architecture, or Salesforce consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Proven experience in designing Salesforce solutions through the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted Salesforce advisor to customers and senior business leaders.
• Lead the solution and architecture strategy for large and complex Salesforce projects.
• Understand business needs and turn them into clear and practical Salesforce solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions and define business requirements.

• Review current systems and identify gaps between the current and future state.
