Job summary

Resource Funnel is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across enterprise environments. You will drive architecture reviews, oversee integrations, data modelling and security, and lead technical teams with strong stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate holds a Salesforce Architect Certification and has 8–10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including Sales/Service/Experience Cloud

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of strong Salesforce experience.
• Salesforce Solution/Technical Architecture experience.
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
• Strong Apex, LWC, Flow and Salesforce platform knowledge.
• Enterprise data modelling and security architecture.
• Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs; middleware; Platform Events/CDC.
• Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms is advantageous.
• Architecture covering scalability, performance and governor limits.
• DevOps / CI-CD / release management exposure.
• Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication.
• Ability to lead solution design, architecture reviews and technical teams.
• Experience with multi-cloud / enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect certification preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of scalable Salesforce solutions across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust architectures.
• Guide integrations, data modelling, security and performance optimizations.
• Mentor and lead technical teams through architecture reviews and delivery.
