Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer in Jaipur to deliver hands-on development, configuration, and integration of Service Cloud capabilities.

You will work with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows, implement AI-enabled features with Agentforce, and coordinate with CI/CD workflows to streamline deployments for client projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Service Cloud configuration.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL and Flows for integration and automation.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities and Agentforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
• Configure Case Management, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case, and Service Console capabilities.
• Implement AI solutions using Agentforce and build AI-powered capabilities such as case summarization, intelligent routing, service agents, and knowledge recommendations.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong Salesforce development experience with Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, integrations, and CI/CD tools.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, AI-enabled Salesforce functionality, and service automation use cases.
• Preferred certifications include Platform Developer I, AI Associate, and Agent force Specialist.
• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
