Job summary

Jobgether invites an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to design and deliver scalable solutions in an enterprise setting. You will own development, customization, and integrations across the Service Cloud ecosystem, collaborating with architecture, admin, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud implementation experience.
• Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce programs and solutions.
• Deep technical expertise across Service Cloud, Email-to-Case, Case Management, Service Console, Omnichannel Routing, and Salesforce Knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Configure and customize Service Cloud capabilities, including Email-to-Case, Case Management, Service Console, Omnichannel Routing, and Salesforce Knowledge.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex Classes and Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Build and maintain asynchronous processing solutions using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and related Salesforce technologies.
• Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Platform Events, and middleware platforms such as Boomi and Informatica.
• Apply enterprise integration patterns and event-driven architecture principles to create reliable and scalable integrations.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot defects, debug complex issues, and optimize application and platform performance.
• Ensure development work follows Salesforce best practices, security and sharing models, governor-limit requirements, and platform governance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, administrators, developers, and project teams within an Agile delivery environment.
• Support production deployments, incident resolution, release management, and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across development, automation, deployment, and Salesforce engineering practices.

This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for complex enterprise environments.

You will take ownership of development, customization, integrations, automation, and platform enhancements across the Service Cloud ecosystem.

The position combines hands-on engineering with close collaboration across business, architecture, administration, and delivery teams.

• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns, event-driven architecture, Salesforce deployment processes, and release management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices is preferred.
• Additional Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, or App Builder are advantageous.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certification is mandatory.
