Job summary

10XTD is seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join a global IT services leader. You will participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Service Cloud solutions, including Apex, Flow, and data integration.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Salesforce features such as Case Management, Knowledge Base, Service Console, and REST integrations. Office-based in Bengaluru with India-wide locations; Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Apex triggers and classes.
• Familiarity with Flow Builder and Process Builder.
• Experience with data management, security, and SOQL/SOSL queries.

Responsibilities

• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, support, and maintenance.
• Customize page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and reports.
• Implement Flows, Process Builder, and approvals as needed (legacy support).
• Manage data migration, quality, and integration tasks.
