Job Title: Salesforce Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Salesforce Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in selling Salesforce solutions with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce products, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for Salesforce CRM and related cloud solutions.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
• Conduct client needs assessments and present customized Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver compelling demos and proposals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
• Stay updated with Salesforce product updates, trends, and industry developments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce or CRM solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce offerings.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Experience selling to mid-size and enterprise-level organizations.
