PwC Service Delivery Center in India is seeking a Salesforce reporting and analytics specialist to own dashboards and reports, including Salesforce CRM and Power BI views. Hybrid work arrangement across major tech hubs including Kolkata.
You will partner with Sales Ops, Alliance, and CRM teams to ensure data accuracy, track certification progress, and deliver real-time insights that inform leadership decisions.

Understands the business implications of CRM data errors and proactively seeks to correct or elevate issues to ensure reporting accuracy.
Demonstrates strong command of Salesforce functionality including dashboards, custom reports, opportunity tracking, and partner attribution logic.
Uses trend and variance analysis to identify root causes behind data quality breakdowns across systems and processes.
Interprets and applies market intelligence (e.g., from IDC, Gartner) to support client proposals, internal discussions, or reporting narratives.
Ensures process consistency by reinforcing tagging standards, endorsement requirements, and escalation criteria across collaborators.
Acts as an intermediary between Sales Ops, Alliance teams, CRM support, and other internal stakeholders to drive resolution of data and reporting issues.
Develops, maintains, and updates dashboards, including Salesforce CRM and Power BI dashboards, to provide real-time visibility into Alliance performance. Reporting champion / advisor.
