Persistent in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Programmer Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce solutions for enterprise financial services platforms. Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Salesforce Platform Developer certification preferred.

About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Programmer Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce solutions for enterprise financial services platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong Salesforce development expertise along with domain experience in Agentforce, nCino, and Financial Services Cloud. This role will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and enhancements.
• Build and maintain solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and integration frameworks.
• Implement and enhance Agentforce capabilities to improve customer and user experiences.
• Configure and customize nCino banking solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Participate in solution design discussions, technical reviews, code reviews, and deployment planning.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions while following Salesforce development best practices.
• Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities for ongoing delivery and support.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience with enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, nCino, and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Strong development skills in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Salesforce Integration Services, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Experience with API integrations, data migration, configuration, customization, and scalable solution development.
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies and cross-functional delivery models.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, governor limits, and CI/CD practices in Salesforce environments.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification and financial services domain experience are preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
