Manage, train, mentor, and build the careers of technical consulting team members
Oversee up to 15 direct reports
Deliver technical work as a technical or senior technical architect on Industries projects at 50% utilization
Balance technical delivery with leadership of Technical Consultants, Architects, and Managers
Hire, train, and mentor Technical Consultants
Help teams implement program designs into high-quality customer solutions
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues on emerging technologies and business value
Lead internal initiatives to grow the Industries consulting practice
Contribute to the technical practice business plan, methodology, team enablement, onboarding, recruiting, and knowledge base
Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions
Lead Enterprise Architecture and Governance for enterprise-level customer engagements
Shape architectural visions and establish program architectural roadmaps
Lead functional and technical workshops
Design, deliver, test, and deploy solutions
Lead project teams developing optimized solutions with Salesforce Industries Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
