Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Senior Associate to lead Salesforce Service Cloud projects, design architecture, and manage client engagements across advisory, assurance, tax and business services.

You will mentor teams, develop user training materials, and drive adoption of Salesforce Lightning and related cloud tools, translating client needs into actionable solutions with clarity and impact.

As a Salesforce LwC Agentforce‑SA, you will engage directly with clients to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that enhance their business operations. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex client environments, fostering meaningful relationships and driving impactful results. This role is pivotal in understanding client needs and translating them into actionable strategies that align with their business objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem‑solving abilities and critical thinking to manage workstreams and develop deliverables within client service engagements. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
