Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India seeks a Salesforce LwC Agentforce-SA Senior Associate to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions for diverse clients. You will engage with clients and collaborate across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services to translate needs into actionable Salesforce strategies.

Lead workstreams, mentor peers, and apply Salesforce Service Cloud, Lightning, and Administration to optimize client systems while managing complex projects and maintaining professional standards.

As a Salesforce LwC Agentforce-SA, you will engage directly with clients to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that enhance their business operations. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex client environments, fostering meaningful relationships and driving impactful results. This role is pivotal in understanding client needs and translating them into actionable strategies that align with their business objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem‑solving abilities and critical thinking to manage workstreams and develop deliverables within client service engagements. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity. What You Must Have

• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role‑relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
