Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Senior Associate in Bengaluru to engage clients with tailored Salesforce solutions, drive business transformation, and mentor junior teammates. You will analyze client needs, design Salesforce strategies, and support implementation across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, enabling growth and operational efficiency.

As a Salesforce LwC Agentforce-SA, you will engage directly with clients to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation and enhance operational efficiency. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex client environments, analyze business needs, and implement innovative Salesforce strategies that align with client objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and guiding junior team members. You will use your problem-solving skills to address complex challenges, anticipate client needs, and deliver quality solutions. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
