Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Salesforce Life Science Cloud Manager with 8+ years of experience to lead Service Cloud implementations for life sciences clients. You will mentor staff, manage client accounts, and oversee project execution, ensuring strategic alignment and high-quality delivery.

You will collaborate across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, leveraging Salesforce Lightning to optimize processes and drive service excellence in a dynamic, global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree


• At least 8 years of experience


• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems


• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications


• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning


• Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business model development
