Job summary

MALABAR GOLD & DIAMONDS invites an experienced Salesforce Lead to drive development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and related products. You will gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

You will mentor developers and admins, oversee Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and ensure secure deployments with proper governance. Stay current with Salesforce releases and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development, administration, and enhancement projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices.
• Manage and mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and support teams.
• Oversee customization using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
• Drive integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governance, and compliance standards.
• Lead release management, deployment planning, and environment strategy.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, architects, and business users.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.
