Haparz Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud Technical Architect (FHIR) for a full-time remote role. The candidate will lead end-to-end architecture and design scalable Health Cloud solutions across data models, security, and integrations.

Required are 10+ years of Salesforce experience with architecture focus, 3+ years Health Cloud implementations, and strong knowledge of HL7/FHIR interoperability. You will drive CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps, and mentor the team.

We are looking for Salesforce Health Cloud Technical Architect (FHIR) as a Full Time for our IT Company.

Location- Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
• Design scalable solutions using Health Cloud data models , including patient/member profiles, care plans, care teams, clinical data, provider relationships, and healthcare-specific workflows.
• Define technical architecture across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Platform Events, APIs, and integration frameworks .
• Drive integration architecture between Salesforce and enterprise healthcare systems such as EHR/EMR, claims, provider, member, pharmacy, laboratory, and clinical platforms .
• Architect interoperability solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, HL7, FHIR, middleware, and event-driven integration patterns .
• Establish data architecture covering data modelling, migration, synchronization, master data management, data quality, and high-volume processing.
• Define security architecture using profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, role hierarchy, encryption, audit capabilities, and Salesforce Shield where applicable.
• Ensure solutions meet organizational requirements for protecting sensitive healthcare and patient information.
• Provide architecture guidance for integrations involving platforms such as MuleSoft and other enterprise integration technologies.
• Review technical designs, Apex/LWC implementations, integrations, and configuration to enforce Salesforce development and architecture best practices.
• Define appropriate approaches for Governor Limits, asynchronous processing, bulkification, large data volumes, performance, scalability, and transaction management .
• Establish DevOps and release-management practices using technologies such as Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, Copado, Gearset, or equivalent platforms .
• Lead technical design sessions and architecture reviews with business, product, integration, security, data, and engineering teams.
• Perform technical assessments and identify platform risks, technical debt, performance issues, and architectural improvements.
• Mentor Salesforce developers and technical leads and provide technical governance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Project Managers, and enterprise architects to translate healthcare requirements into robust technical solutions.

• 10+ years of overall Salesforce experience with strong architecture and solution-design expertise.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of Health Cloud healthcare data models and industry use cases.
• Advanced knowledge of:
• Apex
• SOQL/SOSL
• Platform Events
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Salesforce security and sharing architecture
• Understanding of healthcare interoperability concepts, particularly FHIR and HL7 .
• Experience with complex Salesforce data migrations and large data volumes.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration, security, performance, and scalability patterns.
• Experience establishing CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps processes.
• Ability to produce technical architecture documents, integration designs, sequence diagrams, data models, and deployment strategies.
• Strong stakeholder-management and technical-leadership skills.
