We are looking for an experiencedSalesforce Solution / Technical Architectwith 15+ years of experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions within theBanking and Financial Servicesdomain.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise inSalesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), OmniStudio, Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC, integrations, and financial-services workflows. This is a contract opportunity suited for a senior architect who can work closely with clients and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead end-to-endSalesforce Solution and Technical Architecturefor banking and financial-services implementations.
- Architect solutions usingSalesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)and the FSC data model.
- Design and implement solutions usingOmniStudio, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, and DataRaptors.
- Define scalable integration architectures between Salesforce, core banking platforms, and external financial-services systems.
- Design solutions usingApex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
- Translate complex business and functional requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
- Architect workflows supportingKYC/AML, customer onboarding, loan origination, financial accounts, and related banking processes.
- Review technical designs, integration approaches, data models, and implementation strategies.
- Provide technical guidance to Salesforce developers and implementation teams.
- Lead architecture discussions, solution walkthroughs, technical reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, scalability concerns, and integration challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions follow appropriate security, performance, integration, and development best practices.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, architects, and other technology teams.
- Support technical troubleshooting, design decisions, and resolution of complex implementation issues.
- Contribute to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, solution specifications, and implementation standards.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 15+ years of experiencein Salesforce, enterprise application architecture, solution architecture, or related technology roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise inSalesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Deep experience withOmniStudio, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, and DataRaptors.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-levelSalesforce Solution / Technical Architectures.
- Strong understanding of theSalesforce FSC data modeland financial-services use cases.
- Strong hands-on knowledge ofApex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
- Extensive experience integrating Salesforce withcore banking and enterprise systems.
- Strong domain expertise inBanking and Financial Services.
- Practical understanding ofKYC/AML, customer onboarding, loan origination, financial accounts, and related banking workflows.
- Proven experience working on complex Salesforce transformation and integration programs.
- Strong client-facing experience with excellentstakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable, and technically sound architecture solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring development teams, and driving architecture decisions.
- Immediate or short-notice availability for a contract engagement will be an advantage.
