We are currently seeking a Salesforce Field Service Senior Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Role: Salesforce Field Service Senior Developer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Developer with 5-6years of overall IT/CRM experience and strong hands‑on expertise in Salesforce development, particularly Salesforce Field Service and Sales Cloud.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, testing, and deploying scalable Salesforce Field Service solutions. The role requires strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, Field Service Mobile, Work Orders, Service Appointments, scheduling and dispatch processes, integrations, security, and data models.

The developer will work closely with architects, business analysts, product owners, integration teams, QA teams, and field service stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

• Design, configure, develop, and maintain solutions using Salesforce Field Service.

Configure field service processes according to business and operational requirements.

Develop solutions supporting end-to-end field technician lifecycle from work creation through scheduling, execution, and completion.

Configure and customize Field Service scheduling and dispatch capabilities.

Support business requirements involving automatic scheduling, resource assignment, appointment booking, and optimization.Troubleshoot scheduling and dispatch-related issues.

Develop reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) for Field Service and Service Cloud business requirements.

Build responsive user interfaces for dispatchers, customer service agents, field technicians, and back-office users.

Integrate LWC components with Apex services and Salesforce APIs.

Implement appropriate error handling, validation, and security controls.

Optimize components for performance and maintainability.

Implement sophisticated business processes using a combination of Flow, Apex, and platform capabilities.

Apply appropriatedeclarative versus programmatic development principles.Troubleshoot automation failures, Flow errors, and transaction-related issues.

• Should have great understanding in Salesofrce.com standard functionality and features (Sales, Services and Marketing), FSL, Apex Programming and Force.com Capabilities
