Job summary

ITC Infotech in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Salesforce Field Service Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in FSL and Service Cloud to design and implement field service solutions. You will optimize workforce and dispatch operations and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

You will work on configuring security, data models, automation, and integrations, while delivering reports, dashboards, and mobile solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and optimize Field Service Lightning (FSL) functionality, including workforce management, scheduling, dispatch, and technician mobility.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand field service processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Configure Flows, Approval Processes, Permission Sets, Profiles, Roles, and Salesforce Security Model.
• Design and maintain Reports, Dashboards, and Salesforce Mobile Solutions.
• Configure and support: Workforce Management, Dispatch Operations, Scheduling and Optimization, Route Planning, Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance, Service Contracts, SLA Management.
• Develop solutions using Salesforce best practices while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Support Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.
• Participate in data migration activities using appropriate Salesforce data migration tools.
• Support Salesforce deployment processes across development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams on custom Salesforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide functional and technical recommendations.
• Prepare solution designs, configuration documentation, and technical/functional specifications where required.
