• Develop custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, triggers, and approval processes.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide best practice recommendations.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and Platform Events.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment procedures.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and Salesforce best practices.
• Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, custom development, integrations, and technical architecture while collaborating with business and functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
