Job summary

Amazon Advertising is seeking a Salesforce Developer to architect and build enterprise solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work on automating workflows, building scalable features, and integrating with AWS alongside the Salesforce platform focus.

The role requires experience delivering large-scale enterprise solutions, collaborating with product managers and business stakeholders, and contributing to a global Sales Technology roadmap. Bengaluru-based, on-site opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent required.
• Experience leading design, automation, deployment and support of large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience implementing Salesforce Lightning apps using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning App Builder.
• Experience with APIs and technical integrations.

The Amazon Advertising team is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to architect and build the next generation of enterprise solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires deep technical expertise and experience delivering large-scale enterprise solutions that drive measurable business impact. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing strategic system roadmaps, influencing key technical and business stakeholders, and architecting solutions that scale seamlessly to support our rapidly expanding global operations.

At Amazon Advertising, we help millions of customers discover new products through personalized, relevant recommendations across the web. Our Advertising Sales teams partner with both new and existing brands to expand their presence on our platforms, supported by the Sales & Partner Enablement (SPE) organization. At the core of our sales technology stack is Salesforce, integrated with our suite of 1st-party applications, enabling our sales teams to efficiently manage every aspect of the customer journey - from initial lead generation through successful campaign execution. By continuously optimizing these tools and processes, we empower our sales teams to focus on what matters most: building strategic partnerships and driving growth in one of Amazon's fastest-growing businesses.

Key job responsibilities

Proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, optimize back-end processes, and elevate robust and scalable code-writing practices. Create custom user experiences that streamline business processes, build a world-class component library to empower Administrators to deliver more custom features at scale, and collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations. Design and build new features while helping implement new global initiatives. Operate independently as well as in partnership with Product Managers and business stakeholders for requirement gathering, solutions consulting, and implementation of new feature-sets. Contribute technical expertise and teamwork capabilities to successfully launch global-scale features in Salesforce and beyond as part of a larger Sales Technology roadmap. Learn and support AWS technologies alongside the primary Salesforce platform focus.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure
• Experience implementing Salesforce Lightning applications using Salesforce platform tools and technologies, such as Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning App Builder
• Experience with APIs and technical integrations
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying business software at scale
• Experience working with agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
• certification as a Salesforce Platform Developer
• 4+ years Salesforce development experience
• Expertise in Salesforce, AWS, and modern cloud integration architectures
