Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, Marketing Automation, Payment Gateways) via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and security models.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to refine use cases, map processes, and deliver end-to-end CRM functionality.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment automation using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support production environments—troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and implement system enhancements with minimal downtime.
