Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Lead Engineer‑ Development to join our Enterprise Operations Team. You will own Salesforce across sales and service clouds, drive end-to-end development, and collaborate in an agile delivery environment to deliver value.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, expertise in Apex/LWC/Flows, and integration experience (SOAP/REST, MuleSoft). Excellent communication and governance alignment are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience within sales and/or service cloud core components.
• Proven ability to deliver across the full Salesforce development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, support).
• Additional experience with, or willingness to learn: Agentforce Data Cloud / Data 360.
• MuleSoft (for integrations).
• Experience Cloud Tableau.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
• Experience with SOAP/REST API integrations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security features (field‑level security, profiles and permissions).
• Additional exposure to prompt builders would be beneficial.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, including SAFe Agile.
