We're looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our Global Operations team and play a key role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing custom Salesforce applications along with an internal ERP platform built on Salesforce.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through Salesforce development, building scalable solutions, and working with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions.
• Develop applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Enhance and maintain an internal ERP platform built on Salesforce.
• Build Salesforce automations, workflows, and business processes.
• Support API integrations and middleware connections with enterprise systems.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Handle enhancements, bug fixes, and ad hoc change requests.
• Support Salesforce releases, deployments, and platform improvements.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience (3+ years preferred).
