Job summary

Job description

TheSalesforce Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, andmaintaining scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform to support global business operations. The role involves end-to-endownership of technical delivery — from requirement gathering and solutiondesign to development, deployment, and post-production support.

• Develop code based or declarative customizedsolutions to support critical business functions and meet project objectives,department requirements and company goals.
• Gather requirements, perform analysis,propose and build solutions, demonstrate those in staging environments anddeploy those to production.
• Maintain integrations to 3rd party tools and externalsystems.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other developers and teammembers to obtain requirements, develop solution design, manage UATs and postlaunch activities.
• View problems holistically and propose elegantcomprehensive solutions.
• Develop positive relationships with both the business andother functions involved in downstream technical processes.
• Support the business with ongoing issue resolution and training needs.

Requirements

• 4+ yearsof technical experience with Salesforce development and architecture
• Experiencewith integrations (REST/SOAP), batch processing, async processes.
• Develop event-driven solutionsusing Salesforce Platform Events for real-time data processing andintegrations.
• Experiencewith Salesforce Metadata API, sandboxes & deployment tools
• Good understanding of declarative tools and systemconfiguration
• Proficiency with VS Code and GIT
• Experience with JIRA or a similar project-and-issuemanagement tools – an advantage
• Experience working independently in a complex Globalfast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English - a must.
• Certification in Salesforce Platform Developer Icertification is a must
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer II,Salesforce Sales Cloud or Salesforce Service Cloud certification(s) are a plus.
• Experience with Automated Release Management is a plus.
• Experience with middleware integration solutions is aplus.
• Experience in integratingSalesforce with ERP systems like SAP using SAP BTP is a plus.
• Experience with Conga CPQ, OmniStudio,Datacloud, Agentforce, is aplus.
• Experience working with any CPQtools is a plus and will be beneficial for handling complex pricing and quotingprocesses.
• Hands‑on experience using AIcode assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot to improveSalesforce development productivity (Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations) ispreferred.
