Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and will play a key role in optimizing and expanding our Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

• Design and develop custom solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and related technologies.
• Implement and maintain system integrations using Salesforce APIs and web services.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

System Maintenance & Support

• Perform regular platform maintenance and ensure optimal system performance, data integrity, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce environment.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices.

Documentation & Training

• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for new and existing solutions.
• Provide user training and support on Salesforce features and functionality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proven experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, development lifecycle, and integration strategies.
• Experience in data migration, system customization, and third-party app integration.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, App Builder) are highly preferred.
