Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an experienced Salesforce focused professional for L2 production support and admin tasks in Mumbai. You will monitor health, manage security, and support releases across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Salesforce Flow, reports/dashboards, and integration technologies (REST/SOAP, SSO/OAuth). Strong incident/problem/change/release management skills and familiarity with Jira/Azure DevOps and ServiceNow are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years IT experience with Salesforce Developer/Administration & Support background.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Flow, Reports & Dashboards.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, data management and platform architecture.
• Experience in Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, SSO, OAuth and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with Jira/Azure DevOps, ServiceNow and Salesforce DevOps tools.
