Key Accountabilities

• Be a technical expert on the Salesforce.com platform, architecting complex solutions
• Troubleshoot and provide root cause analysis on product defects, implementing appropriate changes for resolution.
• Develop custom user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Write technical documentation to accurately describe application design and code.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Maintain the security and integrity of Salesforce applications, implementing best practices.
• Follow Agile frameworks and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Update JIRA daily to track progress on tasks and issues.

Knowledge And Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform in a development capacity.
• Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
• Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration and object-oriented design patterns.
• Proficiency in software engineering skills on the Force.com Platform (Apex, SOQL)
• Experience with core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Expertise in web services (REST & SOAP, JSON).
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning framework.
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Platform App Builder.
