We’re looking for a Lead Salesforce developer who has played key roles in large Salesforce implementations. The role requires designing and developing custom solutions using Salesforce and NOT just using out-of-box features.

Work Timings – 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Work Location – Hyderabad
Work Type – Hybrid (4 days work from the office)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and gather requirements.
• Use Lightning (Aura, LWC) and Apex to create unique client-based solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with third‑party systems using web services and AppExchange apps.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model.
• Analyze and document existing complex custom processes and propose options for streamlining code if necessary.
• Handle change requests related to heavily customized pages that use client‑side scripting like jQuery and AngularJS.
• Work in a fast‑paced Agile environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 8+ years of development‑related experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• PD2 certification.

Technical Skills

• Development experience with Lightning, Apex and Visualforce.
• Strong knowledge of building customized reports.
• Prior experience in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment.
• Strong technical design skills and ability to deliver client‑driven solutions.
