Job summary

Warpdrive is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and configure Salesforce applications aligned with business processes. You will implement Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) and ensure high-performance solutions across the org.

Responsibilities include reviewing code, debugging issues, analyzing impacts of changes, and delivering technical designs. You will work in a client-facing, agile environment with tools like VS Code and GitHub; Gurgaon hybrid location; full-time

Qualifications

• 23 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• At least 1 Salesforce Certification.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, data model and object management.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, and configure Salesforce applications to align with business processes and deliver high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Review, optimize, and maintain high-quality code
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues
• Perform impact analysis for enhancements and changes
• Create technical designs based on business requirements
• Customize Salesforce platform to meet organizational needs

Required Technical Skills

• Minimum 23 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
• At least 1 Salesforce Certification
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL
• Experience in Salesforce configuration: Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes
• Knowledge of REST SOAP API integrations
• Understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Data Model, and Object Management
• Experience with field‑level security sharing settings

Good to Have

• Experience with Lightning Aura Components Visualforce Pages
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks

Professional Skills

• Excellent communication and client interaction skills
• Ability to work in client‑facing roles
• Experience with Agile methodologies
