Job summary

Ken42 is seeking a Salesforce Developer in Coimbatore to design, develop, and deploy tailored Salesforce solutions with focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will work closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

You will contribute to data models, automations, integrations, and security configurations while mentoring junior developers and staying current with Salesforce releases.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Salesforce platform development (Sales/Service Cloud).
• Proficient in Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Data Cloud, REST APIs, and integrations.
• PD1 certification is mandatory.
• Experience with Education Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of version control such as Git and deployment tools.
• Ability to design reports and dashboards and mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Salesforce Developer who will be designing, developing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure that solutions are delivered on time.

You will also be responsible for providing technical support and documentation to ensure that solutions can be maintained and updated over time.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Optimize Salesforce data models, automations, and configurations to align with business needs.
• Develop and manage Data cloud, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components, Flows, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools as needed.
• Review and enhance existing automations, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Maintain Salesforce security, profiles, and permissions, aligning with organizational requirements.
• Documentation and mentor the junior developers.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Designing and implementing custom reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Must Have:

• Expertise in Apex, triggers, optimized coding practices, flows, profiles, data cloud and Agent force & security.
• Experience in Education Cloud
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud data model and functionalities.
• Strong Knowledge, proven experience, and skill with Lightning Web Components - LWC
• Knowledge, proven experience, and skilled in REST APIs, Integrations
• Good Debugging skills on Apex and LWC
• Knowledge, proven experience, and skill with Async Apex
• Deeper Understanding of Reports and Dashboards
• PD1 is mandatory
• Deeper understanding of version controlling tool like GIT

Good to have:

• Familiarity with Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with large Data Volumes
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins for Salesforce deployments.
• Familiarity with deployment strategies using Change Sets, Metadata API, or CLI-based tools like SFDX
• PD2 certification, Sales cloud and Service cloud and Experience cloud certification
• Experience in Education Mulesoft/Omnistudio/AgentForce/Data cloud/Tableau
